Project brief

This project involved the preparation of complete working design drawings for a motel development. The scope focused on translating the architectural concept into detailed, buildable documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with functional and technical requirements.

The drawings covered spatial layouts, room configurations, circulation, and service areas, with attention given to guest comfort, operational efficiency, and construction feasibility. Emphasis was placed on clear coordination between architectural elements and structural and service considerations to support smooth execution on site.
